GABA is a naturally-occurring amino acid, which functions as the main inhibitory neurochemical, a mild naturally occurring calming relaxant, and produces feelings of calmness and relaxation.   SE Steady provides GABA as its water-soluble hydrochloride (GABA HCl), for quicker absorption and action. 

SE Steady is a multiple-amounts reusable gummy, meaning a single compact gummy bar, can be chewed or sliced more than once (reusable) to obtain multiple slices containing GABA HCl (multiple-amounts).

Each SE Steady gummy bar is a premium blend of glycerin, gelatin, and 2000 mg GABA HCl, with a strawberry flavour.   They are free of gluten, fats, sugars, carbohydrates, sodium, genetically-modified organisms (GMO), soy, dairy; and low in calories and high in proteins.

The gummy bar is intended to be consumed as individually needed at any single time, and multiple times if desired, so there is no recommended consumption.   It can be consumed up to a maximum of 2 full gummy bars per day, and without food on an empty stomach, as per the label. 

It can be chewed, cut, melted under the tongue & swallowed.   Compact and portable, it can be carried with you, throughout your day.   A slice from the gummy bar placed under the tongue, will melt within 6 - 10 minutes.   The feel of the bar is soft but firm, with a mildly sticky surface.   It's colour may slightly vary, as a shade of red.
